I started work on the IT literacy course back in November. I completed two thirds of the content in approximately four hours. I had the most difficulty with the database task. I have never had to work with databases in that particular way but I was able to figure out what I needed to do to complete the task. The Word and Excel tasks were tricky but not that difficult. I am not a big fan of Power Point and so did this quickly and in a very simplistic manner. I finished the last third tonight in about three hours.

I have always thought that I am much more of a "hardware" person than a "sofware person. I would rather take something apart and fix it than find an application or write some code. Overall I felt the course was well laid out and well presented. I did find some technical glitches where form entry on quiz questions gave an error and so were unable to be answered correctly.
